Shipping information

At Drinks from the East, we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free and quick shipping experience. We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important, which is why we aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, with a maximum of 3 business days.

We use PostNL for all our shipping needs, both within the Netherlands and to other European countries. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code via email, allowing you to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Please note that when ordering alcohol, we are required to ship with an 18+ restriction. This means that someone who is 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery, and must be able to identify themselves as such. If you are not able to provide proof of age upon delivery, the package will not be handed over to you.

Most of our orders are delivered within a day of shipping, but please be aware that shipping times may vary, especially for orders being shipped outside of the Netherlands. For our European customers, shipping typically takes 2-3 days.
