Shipping information

At Drinks from the East, we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free and quick shipping experience. We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them, with a maximum of 4 business days.

We use PostNL and DHL for shipping within the Netherlands and to other European countries. The carrier is selected based on the available service and your delivery address. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code via email, allowing you to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Please note that when ordering alcohol, we are required to ship with an 18+ restriction. Someone aged 18 or older must be present at delivery and able to identify themselves. If proof of age cannot be provided, the package will not be handed over.

Most orders are delivered within a day of shipping. For European customers, shipping typically takes 2–3 days. Times may vary for orders outside the Netherlands and depend on the carrier and destination. Your tracking email will contain the latest delivery information from PostNL or DHL.
